Can you name all nine these Duggar granddaughters? Other than Mackynzie and Meredith, the first 11 Duggar grandchildren were all boys. Then in July 2018, Felicity started a line of nine granddaughters that hasn't yet been broken. Josh and Anna just announced that they are expecting a girl this fall, so if Jessa and Ben also have a girl this summer, the girl line will continue.
The Seewalds know the gender but haven't announced. With their first three, they didn't share that news until after the baby was born, but perhaps they will do things differently with No. 4.
